Welcome to Menbere Tsebaot Holy Trinity Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church ("Holy Trinity", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or utilizing our website, Family Portal, Sunday School management tools, or the Clergy Liturgy Scheduler SaaS platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our digital applications and services.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 2. Family Portal & Member Registry

The Holy Trinity Family Portal is provided to registered parishioner families for tracking voluntary contributions, updating household contacts, managing Sunday School enrollments, and submitting pastoral inquiries.

• Account Accuracy: Users agree to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date contact information for their household and children.
• Security of Credentials: You are responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your login credentials and password. Notify the parish office immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access.
• Respectful Conduct: All communications submitted via pastoral query channels must reflect Christian reverence, respect, and peace.

📺 3. Liturgy Scheduler & Subscriptions

The Divine Liturgy & Clergy Scheduler application provides automated clergy fair rotation, live sanctuary screen TV/tablet broadcasting, and scripture scheduling from መጽሐፈ ግጻዌ.

• Subscription Tiers: Access to full scheduler features, multi-screen TV broadcasting, and admin management requires an active paid subscription (Standard: $7.99/mo or Premium: $21.99/mo).
• Billing & Payment: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Services are activated immediately upon payment confirmation.
• Authorized Church Accounts: Parish administrator credentials assigned to licensed churches may not be redistributed, shared publicly, or sub-licensed to third parties.
• Cancellation: Parishes may cancel or modify their subscription at any time through the billing dashboard without penalty.

🎁 4. Tithes, Offerings & Donations

Menbere Tsebaot Holy Trinity Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church is a recognized non-profit religious organization organized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

• All tithes (አስራት), vows, and voluntary donations made through our platforms are non-refundable charitable contributions.
• Official tax-deductible contribution receipts and annual statements are issued to members and accessible within the Family Portal.

📜 5. Intellectual Property & Sacred Hymnody

All content displayed on this website — including liturgical texts, Ge'ez hymnal arrangements, video recordings, church seals, photographs, and graphics — is the property of Menbere Tsebaot Holy Trinity EOTC or licensed for its ministry. Unauthorized reproduction, commercial distribution, or automated data scraping is strictly prohibited.

⚖️ 6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Our digital services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis for church ministry. Holy Trinity will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or third-party internet service disruptions.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Washington and applicable ecclesiastical canons of the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church.
